Modern leadership is distracted, overstretched, and disconnected. To lead effectively in chaos, you must reconnect with your primal instincts: focus, resilience, and clarity of purpose.
Learn to navigate complexity with clarity. Eliminate the noise and focus on what truly matters.
Routine is the enemy of clarity. We use the elements to forge a sharper, more adaptable mind.
Radical candor doesn't happen on Zoom. It happens around a fire. Connect deeply, away from screens and egos.
Designed for leaders who are ready to level up. It's for those who understand that true growth happens when you break the pattern.
Visionaries looking to reconnect with their purpose and gain strategic clarity away from daily operations.
Leadership groups seeking to build profound trust, alignment, and shared resilience.
Individuals committed to mastering self-leadership and preparing for greater responsibility.

We don't use whiteboards; we use the bush. We don't do trust falls; we navigate the wild. This is a 3-day immersion designed to strip you down and rebuild you stronger.

The Expedition Arc
Four distinct phases. Each one designed to strip away a layer of noise and replace it with clarity. The journey is deliberate — from disconnection to challenge to deep reflection to reintegration.
Thursday Afternoon
You are collected from the airport. Your devices are taken. The drive is long and quiet. By the time you arrive, the city is a memory. You set up camp in the dark with only what you are issued. This is where the old habits end.
Friday · Full Day
You learn to meet your basic needs from the environment — fire, water, shelter. Then you move. Deep into the bush, on foot, through terrain that doesn't care about your title. The day is physically demanding and mentally humbling. The evening is spent around a fire, talking about what actually matters in your business.
Saturday · Full Day
The hardest day. You will navigate unfamiliar terrain with minimal guidance. You will spend hours completely alone with nothing but your thoughts and a notebook. You will be asked questions you have been avoiding. The day ends with a reward — and a commitment to the one move you will make when you return.
Sunday · Morning to Afternoon
You leave the bush behind. The contrast is deliberate — from dirt and swags to a luxury venue with hot showers, fresh clothes, and a proper meal. Your devices are returned, but not before you write down your priorities. You leave sharper, clearer, and with a plan. Airport drop-off by late afternoon.

The Territory
Deep into the Victorian bushland. Away from roads, reception, and routine. This is the landscape that will challenge you.

"I've spent nearly two decades in consultancy, strategy, and executive coaching — and I can tell you, the leaders who thrive through disruption aren't the ones with the best strategy decks. They're the ones who've trained themselves to stay steady when everything around them is moving."
Trent has spent his career working with leaders and organisations navigating complexity, change, and high-stakes decisions. He understands the pressures of leading through uncertainty — the constant pivots, the information overload, the decisions that have to be made before the data is complete.
But he also recognised something that most leadership programs miss entirely: the modern executive is drowning in noise. The always-on connectivity, the back-to-back meetings, the relentless stream of decisions that never quite feel resolved — it has quietly eroded the very qualities that make leaders effective. Focus. Grit. The ability to sit with uncertainty and not flinch. The science is clear: when we never step outside the pattern, we lose our capacity to see it clearly.
Northentic Primal was born from that realisation. Trent combined his deep understanding of what modern leaders actually face — the noise, the decision fatigue, the relentless pace — with years of experience in the Australian bush, where none of that exists. Out here, there are no notifications. No dashboards. No Slack channels. There is only the terrain in front of you, the people beside you, and the decisions that matter right now.
He is not a motivational speaker. He is not a life coach. He is someone who has sat in the same boardrooms you sit in, wrestled with the same transformation challenges you face, and then deliberately chose to build something that strips all of that away — because he learned firsthand that the bush reveals what the boardroom conceals.
Your Expedition Team
The Northentic expedition is run by a dedicated team — each bringing a different strength to ensure the experience is safe, rigorous, and transformative.
Bush & Outdoor Operations
He has spent more time in the Australian bush than most people spend at their desks. Navigation, terrain assessment, water sourcing, camp construction — he does it instinctively. He also holds a background in education and leadership development, which means the debrief sessions hit as hard as the hikes. He runs the bush side of the operation so you can focus on what you came here to figure out.
Kitchen-Trained. Bush-Tested.
A qualified chef with experience in high-end kitchens who chose to cook over open fire and cast iron instead. He sources fresh meat and produce through local connections — nothing pre-packaged, nothing frozen. He works across real fire, cast iron, and portable cooktop to deliver meals that have no business being this good this far from civilisation. He also manages the camp, so the only thing you need to think about is the experience in front of you.
